Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the contact details, contact preference and message you provide. Where website inquiry forms are available, vehicle requests may include your preferences and budget. Sell/Trade submissions include vehicle identification, mileage, title and condition information, estimated payoff, desired price and uploaded photos.

Financing inquiries are for questions, not credit applications. They may include an approximate down payment and whether you have a trade-in. Do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license images, bank account numbers, payment card details or other sensitive documents through these forms.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, discuss vehicles and possible trades, maintain inquiry records and protect the website against abuse. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing subscription.

We keep ordinary website inquiries within our business and do not sell them or share them with other dealerships or marketing companies. If you ask us to arrange financing through Levo Credit Union, we submit your financing application information to Levo as part of that separate process. A website inquiry is not a credit application. The service providers described below help us operate the website and business email.

Website services and cookies

We use Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for website data and photo storage, and Google Workspace for business email. When automated website notifications are enabled, Resend delivers them. These providers process information to supply their services. Inquiry notifications are designed to link authorized staff to the private dashboard rather than include your submitted message or photos.

Hosting and security providers process technical information, which may include IP addresses and browser information. Our inquiry protection uses an identifier derived from an IP address to limit abuse. Information you send directly by email is handled in our business mailbox.

Where Sell/Trade uploads are available, a temporary cookie maintains your upload session and expires after two hours. Staff sign-in also uses cookies. The current website does not include advertising pixels or an audience-analytics integration. Websites you reach through external links have their own privacy practices.

Submitted photos

Sell/Trade photos are used to review your submission and are not automatically published in our inventory. Avoid including people, personal documents or unrelated personal information in your photos.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain information for handling your request and legitimate business or legal needs. Retention may differ when an inquiry becomes a sale, financing matter or dispute. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you provided. We may need to verify your identity and preserve certain records. Backup copies and business email may follow separate retention schedules.
